Job summary

Genesis Niagara, the #1 Genesis team in Canada, is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing family in St. Catharines. You will work with technicians to identify maintenance and repairs, prepare repair orders, and provide accurate service recommendations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Automotive knowledge is an asset, and experience with ADP dealer software or CDK is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have great customer service skills and an outgoing/positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Automotive knowledge is an asset.
• ADP dealer software and CDK experience is a definite asset.

Responsibilities

• Works with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
• Provides service recommendation to customers including estimating costs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards.
• Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards.
• Other service related duties as required.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual compensation): $50,000 - $70,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
