Job summary

Autodesk, based in Montreal, is hiring a Technical Program Manager for the GAIA program to drive AI/ML delivery from research to production. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering complex, cross-team initiatives in fast-paced technical environments.
• 3+ years in a TPM, Product Manager, Software Architect, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and distributed systems (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving with bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of GAIA program outcomes from experimentation to adoption.
• Build integrated delivery plans across research and engineering with milestones and risks.
• Forecast delivery, track execution, and report status across lifecycles.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, security, legal, product and platform teams.
• Partner with executives to shape strategy and execution plans.
• Provide clear status reports at executive and team levels, including risks and tradeoffs.
• Anticipate dependencies and risks across data, model readiness, and timelines.
• Support teams by removing impediments and resolving dependencies.
• Promote Agile and Lean delivery practices.
