Job summary

Mphasis is seeking an AI Architect to lead enterprise-scale Generative AI initiatives on Google Cloud, focusing on RAG, LLMs, and agentic AI. The role blends strategic architecture with hands-on implementation to deliver scalable, secure AI platforms in a hybrid Toronto environment.

The candidate will drive roadmaps, partner with stakeholders, and mentor teams while ensuring governance, security, and regulatory compliance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Data Science or related field.
• Expertise in Generative AI & LLMs, Gemini/Vertex AI/OpenAI/Llama.
• Experience with RAG, knowledge graphs, and semantic search.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Architect large-scale RAG and GraphRAG solutions.
• Lead AI assistants, copilots, and agentic AI implementations.
• Build scalable cloud AI platforms using GCP services.
• Establish governance, security controls, and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor engineering teams.
