Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a senior advisor to lead the adoption and integration of generative AI within the Property and Casualty IT Division. You will define strategies, governance, roadmaps, and tooling, aligning with the group’s AI directions and driving transformation across IT and business processes.

You will monitor benefits with KPIs, collaborate across sectors, identify high‑value use cases, promote best practices, and scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience improving IT practices with AI.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

You play a key role in the AI strategy of the Property and Casualty Insurance IT Division. You anticipate technological developments, structure long-term approaches and support the cultural shift and operational transformation, while remaining aligned with Desjardins Group’s AI directions. What You Bring To The Table
