Aramark Canada is seeking a Kitchen General Helper to support operations at the Manic-3 camp. The role includes dishwashing, cleaning, and basic food prep, with meals and accommodation provided on site. Transportation is arranged via flights and shuttles from major cities.

The position offers a 70-hour work week, with overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours, and a comprehensive group insurance benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a remote camp environment is an asset.
• WHMIS certification is an asset.
• Good physical stamina to lift and carry objects.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, honesty, and good judgment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and store dishes.

As part of the partnership between the Pessamit Community and Aramark Québec, we are looking for Kitchen General Helpers for the Hydro-Québec Manic-3 camp.

Aramark offers 14 days on / 14 days off rotation schedule.

Transportation is provided by airplane from Montréal and Québec City airports.

A shuttle service will be provided from Pessamit and Baie-Comeau to Manic-3.

Employees are provided with meals and accommodation in a private room. Washer and dryer facilities are available on site.

Position: Kitchen General Helper

Location: Manic-3

Salary: $21.02/hour

The schedule is 70 hours per week. After 40 hours, overtime is paid at time and a half.
