The General Superintendent will oversee multiple construction projects in the Lower Mainland, BC, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met. The role demands extensive construction experience, strong leadership, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications:

1. 15+ years in residential construction, 5+ in senior roles
2. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
3. Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
4. Knowledge of BC building codes and WorkSafe BC regulations
5. Valid BC driver’s license

Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 per year
