Job summary

Saputo Inc. is looking for a General Plant Helper at our Brandon, Manitoba facility. You will assist in multiple production tasks, support packaging and materials handling, and ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

The role includes night shifts from Monday to Friday and opportunities to grow within a leading dairy processor. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliable record-keeping, and participation in safety and sustainability initiatives.

• Mechanical Aptitude is necessary to perform well in this position.

Overview of the role

The General Plant Help is responsible for assisting in various or all elements of other specific jobs, providing all Food Safety, Personal Safety and Environmental, Regulatory and job element specific training conditions are met.

Schedule

Monday to Friday Night shifts

Salary

Salary: $19.82/hour + Night premium $1.50/hour. There are salary increases every 6 months until 18 months of employment then increases annually. Current top rate is $29.24/hour
