Walmart Canada Brampton is seeking an experienced Store Management professional to support the Store Manager and lead Associates in delivering friendly, helpful service and driving profitable store sales.

You will oversee store operations, implement company guidelines, and guide teams to achieve sales and operating goals across omni-channel initiatives. This role emphasizes asset protection, customer service, community involvement, and professional development for staff.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and sales forecasts.
• Creates operational plans with the Management Team; prioritizes, delegates and directs Managers and Associates to ensure store standards and effective merchandise presentation.
• Executes asset protection and safety controls; maintains quality assurance and ensures compliance with Walmart policies.
• Serves Customers as an ambassador for the store, addresses customer needs and resolves issues per company guidelines.
• Supports store initiatives and community involvement through events and sustainability efforts.
• Leads Associates by conducting regular store meetings and communicating operational direction with focus on omni and total store strategy.
• Demonstrates company values by providing performance feedback and managing relationships with supporting functions.
• Complies with cash controls and handling procedures; manages up to $250,000 per day.
