Job summary

Walmart Canada in Brampton is seeking a candidate to support the Fashion department, lead product presentation, and coach associates to deliver outstanding customer service. You will coordinate tasks, monitor schedules, and partner with the Coach and Store Management to drive training and performance.

Responsibilities include ensuring store presentation, facilitating daily huddles, scheduling coverage, and supporting recruiting and hiring of new associates.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to lead and coordinate tasks in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting customers and assisting with product promotions and purchasing decisions
• Assists in directing and coordinating daily tasks and schedules.
• Assesses store presentation and merchandising within the Fashion Department.
• Leads team huddles, communicates updates, and tracks productivity.
• Reviews schedules with People Lead and assigns coverage.
• Supports training opportunities and coaching of associates.
• Ensures a safe, clean store environment and compliance with policies.
