As a General Manager, You Will
The General Manager oversees all aspects of operations at the Loyalist including, guest service standards, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, sales & marketing, team leadership, and staff development. The General Manager must demonstrate outstanding leadership, managing and mentoring team members. They must be able to delegate responsibilities, organize complex projects, and establish priorities consistent with Murphy Hospitality Group objectives.
