Centerra Gold Mount Milligan is seeking a General Manager (Remote Services) to supervise facilities operations including buildings, equipment, janitorial, and grounds maintenance. You will procure sub-contractors, schedule installations, oversee repairs, and implement preventative programs while ensuring safety regulations and budgets are met.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience, knowledge of facilities management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, business administration, or property management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a commercial or institutional facility.
• Knowledge of facilities management, including heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, equipment, janitorial, and information technology.
• Proven experience in project management, procurement, contracts, bids, and quotes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
