Coca-cola European Partners in the United Kingdom is recruiting a warehousing and logistics leader to head a 50-person team across a 24/7 operation. The role reports to the GB Logistics Director and focuses on safety, service, people and cost.

You will manage a multi-site warehouse function supported by a large automated storage system, lead improvements, develop people, and challenge the status quo while delivering strong financial and operational performance.

What you become a part of

You would become the leader of team of 50 people in both warehousing and logistics, reporting into the Director of GB Logistics. This is a day based role, core days Monday to Friday, however a flexible approach to working to accommodate a 24/7 operation is required. The duties are varied across the warehouse function supported by a 25,000 pallet crane based Automated Storage Retrieval System. The role is a people manager role requiring advance skills in Operational Excellence, project and continuous development initiatives and proven leadership skills along with coaching and mentoring and an ability to challenge the status quo.
