ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-functional team management.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership > $75M with a strong track record of financial performance improvement.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to build culture, lead change, and deliver sustainable business results.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
