As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the branch's growth and profitability through developing sales, maintaining margins, and ensuring efficient operations. You will focus on expanding sales and market presence, managing customer experience quality while controlling costs and risks, and coordinating support functions such as customer service, warehouse, and service departments. You will also oversee the day-to-day supervision and leadership of the London branch, including recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising employees.
To succeed, you need a formal post-secondary education or equivalent work experience, along with at least seven years of experience in a similar industry, including three years in a leadership role managing people. You should be enthusiastic about working in a family-run entrepreneurial business and capable of operating both strategically and operationally. Your outstanding consultative selling skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and staff to foster a results-driven, team-oriented environment are essential.
