Job summary

Environmental 360 Solutions Ltd. (E360S) is hiring a General Manager to oversee operations at its two Prince George, BC sites, maximizing production, reducing costs, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

The role leads district managers, coaches teams, manages budgets and P&L, and ensures alignment with corporate policies while promoting the E360S brand and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, engineering or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing a P&L of a branch or division.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for all aspects of Operations within the two (2) environmental services sites in Rock Island and Penn Road in Prince George, BC. The General Manager will maximize production, minimize costs and to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with managers and employees at each location to meet company goals.
• Train new employees on company values, policies, ethics, and product knowledge.
• Foster a culture focused on people, safety, and customer service.
• Regularly review and guide performance and development of managers and teams.
• Lead and direct branch managers on operations.
• Recruit, train, and coach branch managers, and address areas for improvement.
• Oversee district operations, including handling customer complaints.
• Identify and strategize for new market opportunities.
• Support and communicate corporate policies and initiatives.
• Share performance and operational updates with executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain operational efficiency.
• Align marketing efforts across the district and meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Promote the E360s brand positively.
• Manage the regional budget and monitor P&L reports.
• Prepare and present monthly financial and operational reports.
• Address operational issues and improve site standards.
• Ensure consistent customer service across the district.
• Act as a liaison between corporate and the district.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience managing a P&L of a branch or division of an organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
