The Job

• Grow restaurant sales, guest counts, and profitability by identifying capacity constraints and growth opportunities, and developing operational plans
• Coach General Managers, Restaurant Managers, and Assistant Managers to adopt capacity and sales-building strategies, and provide ongoing training on profitability
• Lead the implementation and execution of national and local sales initiatives to enhance sales and brand leadership
• Ensure all restaurants uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Food Safety
• Develop management and crew through performance plans and reviews
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality managers and staff
• Engage with the local community to support and develop community initiatives

Your Profile and Experience
