Reporting to the Vice President of Regional Operations, we seek an individual who thrives in a multifaceted, rewarding environment. This role involves nurturing relationships with seniors, their families, team members, and external community stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing :

You will be an integral part of the Continuing Care Community Management team, impacting in the following ways:

  • Building a high-performing, effective management team
  • Implementing a person-centred care philosophy for resident care and clinical services
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring the operational effectiveness of the home
  • Leveraging established standards and resources to create an optimal work environment
  • Leading external stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless transitions for residents, and maintaining clear communication with families and team members
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations governing senior healthcare, including provincial legislation, directives, and company policies

Who You are :

  • You hold a post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
  • You have at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care, health services, or social services
  • Experience in Continuing Care Type A or B settings is preferred
  • You have a proven track record in team management, budget oversight, and operational excellence
  • You are highly organized, with excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and can build strong relationships with seniors, families, team members, and stakeholders
