Our client is seeking a General Manager with restaurant experience to join their team in Kimberley, NC. The successful candidate will oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, maintaining customer service levels, and upholding quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant.
2. Ensure smooth service and adherence to standards.
3. Maintain quality standards of food and customer service levels.
4. Deal with customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
5. Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.

Requirements :

1. Completed Matric / Grade 12.
2. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
3. Strong communication, organizational, operational, and people management skills.
4. Highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Energetic self-starter with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
7. Fanatical attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
8. A Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management and/or Business Management is advantageous.
