Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and people-driven General Manager to lead and develop our growing sales team. This role is key to driving revenue, expanding market presence, and maintaining our high standards of client service. You will report directly to executive leadership and play a vital role in shaping the company’s future growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and monitor a team of insurance producers.
  • Generate income through direct sales and client acquisition.
  • Proactively seek out new leads and business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and community involvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow both personal and team production.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Report on key performance indicators and team results to senior leadership.

Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or brokerage management.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and motivating a sales team to improve performance.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets while leading a team to do the same.
  • Leadership or team management experience
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
