Job summary

COREcruitment is opening a brand-new restaurant in Langley, BC, within a renowned hospitality group known for guest-focused dining. We seek a hands-on General Manager to lead pre-opening through launch and beyond.

You’ll hire and develop an exceptional FOH team, drive a fun, guest-centric culture, own daily operations, and manage scheduling, labour and costs to hit targets, while partnering with senior leadership on systems and growth. 3+ years GM experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of General Manager or senior leadership experience.
• Experience in high-volume, elevated casual concepts.
• New opening experience is a strong asset.
• Work within a concept with a strong beverage focus.
• Strong leadership presence - hands-on and team-focused.
• Passion for hospitality, people, and creating a great atmosphere.
