THE OPPORTUNITY

Zuma Lift Service Inc. is a rapidly growing entrepreneurial business based in Chilliwack, BC. Zuma has experienced unprecedented growth over the last five years, and plans are developing to scale the company to capture huge market potential.

Zuma is seeking a hands-on, emotionally intelligent General Manager (GM) to lead day-to-day operations at our flagship Chilliwack branch. This individual will assume the on-site leadership role currently held by the CEO and be responsible for leading all revenue-generating departments: Service, Parts (service parts, outside sales, and e-commerce), Equipment Sales, and Procurement.

The GM will be instrumental in team leadership, financial management, and operational excellence, while upholding Zuma’s core values. This person will work within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework to drive accountability, consistency, and strategic execution across the company. The GM will also oversee the operational functions of Zuma’s U.S. operations, which are centrally managed from Chilliwack.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, sales, or service-driven industries.
• Proven success managing P&L and delivering financial results.
• Strong track record of team building and organizational restructuring.
• High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems, preferred.
• ERP systems experience, an asset.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and optimization.
