Rodd Hotels & Resorts in Charlottetown, PEI is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Rodd Royalty Hotel with energy and hands-on leadership. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence while mentoring hotel teams and maintaining strong community relationships.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel Management or Business, a minimum of 10 years in hotel/hospitality management or F&B, and proven ability to manage budgets and on-site restaurant

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Hotel, Hospitality Management and/or F&B.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable and results-driven.
