We’re looking for a strong leader to step into a General Manager role - ideal for an experienced General Manager or a current FOH Manager/Assistant General Manager ready for their next challenge. If you bring full-service restaurant management experience, a passion for hospitality, and a desire to grow with a dynamic brand, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $68,000 per year
  • Bonus Earning Potential: Up to $10,000 annually, based on performance and achievement of key targets
  • Additional earnings: Depending on restaurant volume and service performance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that every detail—from the service to the ambiance—reflects the unique blend of class and comfort that defines State & Main.
  • Inspire and guide a team of talented individuals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
  • Support the implementation of the wine program, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident in making recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor financials, manage inventory, and set operational goals that drive profitability and growth.
  • Engage with guests, building relationships with both regulars and newcomers, ensuring that every visit is memorable.
  • Innovate and elevate our offerings, whether through new service concepts or initiatives that keep our guests coming back for more.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years in a restaurant leadership role (GM, AGM, or FOH Manager) in a full-service, high-volume setting.
  • Strong understanding of how to enhance the dining experience through excellent service and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
  • Passion for guest engagement and the ability to create memorable experiences.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
