The Indigenous Perspectives Society is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead operations and growth at Hunust’ot’en Investment Corporation. Hunust’ot’en Investment Corporation (HIC) was created to enable Nee Tahi Buhn Indian Band (NTBB) to actively participate in economic opportunities in the Bulkley-Nechako region, including forestry, oil and gas, mining, and hydroelectric projects. From its origins managing forest tenures to its current ventures in residential construction, HIC has built a strong reputation for integrity, safety, and quality service.

Overview of the Role
We are seeking a full-time General Manager to lead the operations and growth of Hunust’ot’en Investment Corporation. Reporting to the Vice President and working closely with the President, Board of Directors, and Chief and Council of NTBB, the General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and support the continued success of HIC’s business ventures.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on operational excellence, community collaboration, and driving results.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional weekends or evenings as required.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (40 hours per week)
Location: Onsite at 47805 Olson Road Burns Lake
Monthly Travel Stipend provided, based on length of travel to the office.
Travel Requirements: Local travel required. Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
