Lindsay Kenney LLP is seeking an Associate for its Langley litigation group, focusing on commercial litigation. You will work directly with Partners who mentor and train, with the opportunity to manage your own files and develop your own practice using firm resources.

Qualifications

• LLB/J.D. from an accredited law school and member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
• 4-7 years of litigation experience, ideally in commercial litigation.
• Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills.
• Experience advising clients with respect to litigation and disputes.
• Confident at engaging and interacting with clients.
• Exceptional work ethic.
• Client service oriented and team player; and
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Compensation:

While compensation is commensurate with experience, the base annual salary range for candidates with the required experience is expected to be $140,000 - $170,000.
