Job summary

Lindsay Kenney LLP in Langley, BC is seeking a forward-thinking Associate with 4–7 years of general/commercial litigation experience to join our Langley litigation group.

You will work closely with Partners, manage your own files, and benefit from mentoring, a collaborative team, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 annually, depending on experience, with potential for remote working arrangements.

Qualifications

• LLB/J.D. from an accredited law school and member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia;
• 4-7 years of litigation experience, ideally in commercial litigation;
• Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills;
• Experience advising clients with respect to litigation and disputes;
• Confident at engaging and interacting with clients;
• Exceptional work ethic;
• Client service oriented and team player; and
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage own litigation files and develop a practice.

Compensation:

While compensation is commensurate with experience, the base annual salary range for candidates with the required experience is expected to be $140,000 - $170,000.
