Job summary

Titan Environmental is seeking a General Labourer to support installation and repair of geomembrane liners and geosynthetic materials on field projects across Manitoba and nearby areas. This outdoor, travel‑heavy role offers hands‑on experience in a specialized field.

You will follow safety protocols, prepare worksites, operate hand and power tools, and assist in quality checks. This full‑time seasonal position includes group health benefits, RRSP matching, wellness credits, ESOP, and profit

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical job duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long durations.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites by cleaning and leveling surfaces before installation.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with project specifications, maintaining a clean and hazard‑free work environment.
• Installation and repair of geomembrane liners and geosynthetic materials.
• Responsible for filling, lifting, and placing sandbags during installation.
• Clean and prepare weld seams to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Assist with pulling and positioning materials into place for installation.
• Remove excess insulating material and assist in quality control checks to ensure proper sealing and placement of geomembranes.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, weld, and secure materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
• Perform other construction‑related tasks as directed by supervisors.

This position is open to candidates who are able to travel to our Ile des Chênes, MB office.

• Wage will depend on the qualifications of the candidate.
