Job summary

Titan Environmental in Burlington, ON is seeking a dedicated General Labourer to support the installation and repair of geomembrane liners and geosynthetic materials at environmental containment projects. This full‑time seasonal role involves outdoor work, travel to diverse job sites, and hands‑on training.

Wage depends on qualifications; overtime may apply. You will prepare sites, follow safety protocols, operate hand and power tools, and help with loading materials.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform physical job duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for long durations.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites by cleaning and levelling surfaces before installation.
• Follow safety protocols and comply with project specifications, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Installation and repair of geomembrane liners and geosynthetic materials.
• Assist with filling, lifting, and placing sandbags during installation.
• Remove excess insulating material and assist in quality control checks to ensure proper sealing and placement of geomembranes.
• Operate hand and power tools to cut, weld, and secure materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.
• Perform other construction-related tasks as directed by supervisors.
