Job summary

Igloo Installations Inc. is seeking General Labourers to support construction crews on-site across Ontario. You will assist installers and carpenters, move materials, and keep work areas safe and clean.

No formal construction experience is required, but reliability, learnability, and teamwork are essential. A valid G driver’s licence is required, and a height-working certification is a plus. Overtime may occur and benefits are provided after probation.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is an asset but not required.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Working at Heights certification is an asset.
• Valid G driver's licence and access to a vehicle required.

Igloo Installations Inc. is a family-owned company specializing in the installation of insulated metal panels and various cladding systems since 2009. We are growing our installation team and looking for dependable, hardworking General Labourers who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers and carpenters with daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain clean, safe job sites.
• Assist with the installation of insulated metal panels and cladding systems.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
