Job summary

Igloo Installations Inc. is seeking skilled Carpenters and Forepersons to join our Ontario team. You will install insulated metal panels and exterior cladding, read drawings, and coordinate on-site activities with crews.

We value safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork. Forepersons will lead crews and ensure schedules are met; strong communication and reliable work ethic are essential. Competitive wages based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule, occasional overtime, benefits, and RRSP

Qualifications

• Must have carpentry/construction installation experience.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specs.
• Strong knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
• Foreperson leadership experience preferred.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.

About Us

Igloo Installations Inc. has been providing professional insulated metal panel and cladding installation services since 2009. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced Carpenters and Forepersons who take pride in quality workmanship, job site safety, and getting the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Install insulated metal panels and various exterior cladding systems.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately.
• Coordinate daily job site activities and work with installation crews.
• For Foreperson roles, provide direction and supervision to crew members.
• Maintain quality standards, safe work practices, and project schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry, cladding, or construction installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safe work practices.
• Ability to read drawings and work independently.
• Leadership and crew supervision experience preferred for Foreperson positions.
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Working at Heights certification is an asset.
• Valid G driver's license and access to a vehicle required.
