Randstad Canada is seeking two motivated General Labourers for our client in Guelph to support assembly and powder coating operations. You will assemble metal components, load parts onto the paint line, and perform basic quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have some labour experience, can reliably commute to Guelph, and are available for the full afternoon shift. The role offers stable hours, safety-focused work, and direct-path training.

Qualifications

• Previous general labourer, factory, or production experience is an asset.
• Ability to commute reliably to the facility located in Guelph, Ontario.
• Flexibility to work the full afternoon shift schedule consistently.
• Steel-toed safety boots (CSA approved) are mandatory.
• Must be legally entitled to work full-time hours in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal components accurately using manual and air-powered hand tools.
• Load and unload metal parts safely onto the powder coating paint line.
• Conduct visual quality control checks on finished parts.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods around the production floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE.
• Provide general operational support to team leads and supervisors as assigned.
