Job summary

Interfor Elk Lake, ON seeks a General Labourer to support production, reporting to the team leader or supervisor. You will perform clean-up duties and assist with related tasks as required on site.

The successful candidate will have a SSD, at least 1 year of day labourer experience, forklift certification is a plus, and a willingness to train at various workstations. Emphasis on health and safety, teamwork, reliability, and strong manual dexterity.

• Have at least one year of experience as a day labourer.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
• Must be willing to take training on the different workstations.
• Thoroughness, initiative, sense of responsibility, and independence.

When you join our team as a general labourer reporting to the team leader/supervisor, you will perform various production-related tasks. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

• Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
• Monday to Thursday from 8 pm to 6:30 a.m.
• Monday to Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 3:30. a.m.
• Benefits: The employer offers group insurance, a pension plan with employer contribution;
• Hourly rate: $30.81
