Job summary

CRDN of BC Interior and Vancouver Island is seeking reliable general labour staff to assist on job sites around Victoria/Langford. You will load, unload and transport materials, support daily operations, maintain a safe, clean workspace, and follow safety protocols.

Ideal candidates are able to perform physically demanding tasks, work well with a team, and follow instructions with minimal supervision. A valid driver's licence is preferred, and weather conditions at sites vary.

Qualifications

• Previous general labour or construction experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Comfortable working in varying weather and job-site conditions.
