Job summary

Westmark Construction Ltd. in Nanaimo is seeking construction labourers to perform a range of on-site tasks and support daily site operations.

You will load and unload materials, operate hand and power tools, and keep work areas clean while following WorkSafeBC safety procedures. The role emphasizes outdoor work in all weather conditions, reliability, and good communication to collaborate with the site team.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing strenuous tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is an asset, but not required.

• Perform a variety of physical tasks as directed by the supervisor.

• Complete assigned all given tasks in a timely and efficient.
