Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Scarborough, as a General Labour:

• Required to be mechanically inclined in a production setting, with previous experience in machine setup
• General housekeeping and maintaining standards of cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility
• Assist machine operators and crew with other duties as assigned
• Assist operators with set-ups, including setting feed guides, side guides, air, pressure, rolls, feed, gauge belts, and clearing jam-ups
• Consult with the operator regarding order sequence
• Load tags printing and preparing the next order or closing the current order
• Manually feed stock into machines, ensuring they are kept full
• Perform quality checks for de-lamination, off-register issues, defects, etc.
• Immediately inform the operator and/or supervisor of any machine, equipment, quality, or production issues
• Ensure lockout procedures are followed according to posted instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and adhere to all safety procedures (including lockout/tagout), 5S, AIB, and other standards
• Remain aware of customer needs at all times
• Other duties as assigned
