Job summary

Rainbow Greenhouses Inc. in Chilliwack, BC is hiring a General Labourer to support plant production and order fulfillment. Based at our on-site facility, you will assist with seeding, propagation, space and sort plants, and help maintain clean, safe work areas.

• Pick and prepare plants for orders, including labeling and sleeving.
• Monitor plants for quality and report issues to the Greenhouse Supervisor.
• Support cultivation and maintenance of potted plants to ensure quality.
• Assist with inventory control and product distribution.
• Collaborate with team to optimize growing conditions and workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

The General Labourer takes part in a variety of greenhouse tasks focused on improving efficiency, yield, and product quality. Based at our Chilliwack, BC facility, this role supports plant production and order fulfillment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Pick and prepare plants for orders, including loading carts, labeling, and sleeving

• Support the cultivation and maintenance of potted plants to ensure high-quality standards


• Assist with inventory control and product distribution


• Collaborate with team members to optimize growing conditions and workflow efficiency


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
