Rainbow Greenhouses is hiring an Assistant Grower to support daily greenhouse operations in our growing teams. You will assist with crop health, monitor climate conditions, and help with plant care while developing skills for a potential section grower role as the operation grows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Greenhouse experience, systems, or plant care experience is desirable.

About the Opportunity

The Assistant Grower supports section growers with daily tasks and greenhouse operations, maintaining crop health, monitoring conditions, assisting with plant care, and developing skills for a potential section grower role as the operation grows.

What You'll Do

• Watering and fertilizing

What You Bring

• High School Diploma (required)
• Relevant industry or greenhouse systems experience, equipment, or plant care
• Teamwork and good communication skills
• Experience in wholesale ornamental or vegetable production is an asset
