Job Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform cleanup using shovels and/or small equipment.
• Assist with maintenance inspections and activities.
• Operate crushing and screening plants as trained.
• Report malfunctions or safety risks immediately.
• Adapt to daily varying duties based on business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, mining, or heavy machinery operation is preferred but not required.
• Ontario high school diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.
• Physical ability to move around the plant.
• Basic mechanical skills; welding and fitting are a plus but not mandatory.
• Dependability, good communication, and responsiveness to instructions.
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors under various weather conditions.
