Job summary

Shared Health is seeking a General Duty Medical Laboratory Technologist for Westman Lab in Brandon. You will perform clinical analyses on patient samples, report results, and support lab projects under supervision, with a focus on safety and quality assurance.

The role requires registration with CMLTM or eligibility, English communication, and the ability to work independently and in a team. Weekend and shift rotations may apply, in a strictly in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program.
• Current CMLTM registration or eligible for registration.
• CSMLS membership considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical analysis and reporting on patient samples following established protocols.
• Assist in lab projects (SOPs, chemical inventories, etc.).
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure QA/ Accreditation compliance.
