Job summary

Shared Health - Westman Laboratory in Brandon is seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician for the Histology unit. This in-person role is 0.50 FTE, with 7.75 daily hours, starting ASAP.

The position requires strong English communication, attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the maintenance of confidentiality. Eligibility for CMLTM assessment may be considered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program.
• Successful completion of the CMLTM Prior Learning Assessment process may be considered.
• Current registration or eligibility for CMLTM is required.
• CSMLS membership is an asset.
