Title: Keyholder (KH)
Location: Westport, CT
Compensation: $23 – $26 per hour plus commission opportunities. Range reflects experience, tenure, location and clinic volume.
Schedule / Availability: Clinic operating hours, including extended mall‑holiday hours and weekend coverage as needed.
Commute / Coverage: Reliable commute to home clinic and occasional travel to other clinics when coverage is required.
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
- Work in a retail setting; walk short distances and stand for extended periods.
- Lift, carry inventory and move equipment; frequently reach, crouch, kneel, bend, twist, push, pull and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent verbal communication with clients; occasional phone use.
- Operate office equipment such as phones, keyboards, computers and touch‑screen devices.
- Require normal vision including close vision, depth perception, color vision and focus adjustment.

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in skincare or aesthetics.
- Strong customer service orientation; inspiration and authenticity.
- Retail operations experience (cash reconciliation, opening/closing) is desirable.
- Supervisory experience coaching/mentoring to meet sales and service targets.
- Availability for retail hours, days, nights, weekends and special events.
- Experience with point‑of‑sale software; Zenoti experience a plus.
Experience and Characteristics
- Two (2) years in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Calm and creating a comfortable atmosphere for clients and team.
- Attentive listener with strong detail orientation.
- Committed to client safety, able to make clinical decisions and seek help when needed.
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated; teaches and learns quickly.
- Respectful conflict management with clients and teammates.
Responsibilities Include
- Create curated client experiences and promote customized facials and products.
- Educate clients on skin‑care protocols and celebrate successful results.
- Champion Skin Laundry’s mission and values in all interactions.
- Coordinate, schedule, and reschedule recurring and future clients.
- Seek, obtain, and convert new clients.
Supporting Store Operations Success
- Enhance efficiency and accuracy across all processes and procedures.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and comfort with clinic systems.
- Maintain effective client retention processes.
- Analyze company reports to leverage business and share best‑practice insights.
