Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in business analysis within a complex enterprise environment.
• Ability to document current-state processes, workflows, and user journeys.
• Proven capability to define target-state visions and decompose into incremental features.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery sessions to document current-state processes and user journeys.
• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Define target-state visions and translate into roadmaps of features and capabilities.
• Support backlog management and governance with delivery teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project delivery meetings.
