Job summary

Equifax seeks a GenAI Architect to design, build, and deploy sophisticated AI solutions within a secure, global framework. You will lead a squad of developers and vendor partners, applying design thinking to transform enterprise operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering for complex GenAI apps, integration with UiPath-based automation, and clear communication with business leaders. Toronto-based, full-time, hybrid work is anticipated.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
3–5 years designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI and automation solutions.
Hands-on development in cloud ecosystems, preferably Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI).
Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures.

Responsibilities

Architect Secure AI Solutions and orchestrate end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI architectures in GCP and secure environments.
Integrate advanced AI agents into enterprise infrastructure with emphasis on data integrity and security.
Create architecture designs and dataflow diagrams and lead architecture reviews.
Lead a development team and vendor partners, writing clean, reusable code.
Oversee AI & RPA footprint, identifying where automation should be enhanced by intelligent agents.
Mentor a cross-functional delivery team to ensure flawless execution.
