Job summary

Infosys is seeking an AI Full Stack Hands-on Architect who can act as a full-stack developer and architect in complex engineering projects. The role requires strong multi-technology proficiency, experience in generative AI model development and deployment, and the ability to lead AI initiatives across data science and software teams.

Location flexibility includes Calgary, Alberta, and Mississauga, Ontario, with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
Three years of progressive experience in lieu of education accepted.
7+ years of core development and architecture experience.
Experience building and applying generative AI models.
Strong ML fundamentals, DL architectures and NLP.
Proficiency in Python; familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Design, develop and deploy generative AI models for various applications.
Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for tasks and domains.
Manage AI development lifecycle from data prep to deployment.
Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to define project requirements.
Stay updated on generative AI advances and contribute to AI capability improvements.
Champion responsible AI, bias mitigation and explainability.
Experience with Open-Source frameworks and tools.
Write high-quality, performant code; perform code reviews and POCs.
Experience in fast-paced, agile environments.

Responsibilities
