Job summary

Sanofi in Toronto is seeking an AI Engineer to advance Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-powered solutions for commercial operations.

You will design, deploy, and scale AI products, collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineers, and contribute to an enterprise AI platform. This role offers hybrid work with up to 40% from home and strong growth opportunities within a global team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years designing and deploying AI/ML in production, with GenAI/LLM experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java; experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with LangChain, Transformers, vector DBs; cloud experience.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation and multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to deliver AI products.
• Develop production-ready code with testing, CI/CD, observability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI platform evolution.
