Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty can substitute for every year of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON or Calgary, Alberta or be willing to relocate.
• Minimum 7 years of core development & architecture experience.
• Strong Analysis and Design skills with deep expertise in core development, design & architect experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models for various applications such as text generation, image creation, and code synthesis.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains.
• Manage the AI development lifecycle from data preprocessing to deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and ensure feasibility.
