Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Sales Team Lead to foster a positive shopping experience and lead a high-performing retail team. You will drive operational efficiency through sales expertise and personalized service, building lasting relationships with customers and contributing to the store's success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be integral to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a passion for fashion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead in retail preferred.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Strong problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high service standards.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Job summary:

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
