Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE stores across North America are seeking a Sales Team Lead in Winnipeg to promote a positive shopping experience and lead a high-performing team. You will drive operational efficiency through expert sales skills and personalized service, building meaningful relationships with each customer and contributing to the store's success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will manage flexible scheduling, mentor staff, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced fashion retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
