Groupe Dynamite is hiring a Retail Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor remains full and inviting for customers.

From e-commerce orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless shopping experience that keeps guests coming back. You’ll be part of a team focused on details, ownership, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma;
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;
• Proactive team player who takes ownership;
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience;
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus);
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
