GARAGE, a brand under Groupe Dynamite, is seeking an Operations Associate to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and keep the floor full and fresh to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You’ll support E-comm orders and markdowns, while remaining proactive and detail-oriented. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months in stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset powering the in-store experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy; mobile/PC use a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:

• High school diploma;


• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);


• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;


• Proactive team player who takes ownership;
